Venus through the signs

Updated: Mar 29, 2022

You can locate the sign your Venus is in here…. What's my Venus sign? | Cafe Astrology .com

Below are the core energies associated with the Venus placement in each sign. Many other factors color or contribute to how these are experienced. Let's say you have Venus in Aries conjunct (right next to) Saturn. The primal expression of Aries could be muted, restricted, or refined. Or maybe you have Venus in Scorpio opposing Mars in Taurus. Experiencing a push/pull energy between wanting to be on your own vs. the desire to merge with another deeply. Or maybe your Venus is "out of bounds," which would add an Aquarius quality to whatever sign it's in.

ARIES

If this is your placement, maybe the song "You Can Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac resonates? With Venus in Aries, there is an instinctual, driven, and independent vibration. Aries is cardinal/fire/yang. Passionate and assertive. With this inner vibration, you will attract this type of energy. You are trying things out, keeping with it for a varied length of time, and moving on. Maybe engaging in relationships but keeping a sort of internal distance, so you don't lose the independence you require. I caught a YouTube video where another Astrologer made a comment along the lines of… "I get hit on a lot by men who have Venus in Aries. When I tell them I'm not interested, they don't even flinch. It's on to the next person." That said, an experience here can be engaging in a passionate and exciting relationship. It sees some longevity because of the intensity and familiarity, and a comfort zone is reached. With an inner vibration for freedom and spontaneity, a withdrawal of energy can occur (emotional, sexual, or both) … seemingly out of nowhere. With Mars (ruler of Aries) being in the mix, strong emotions and triggers can be ignited as the relationship recedes. Maybe a loss of self-esteem and confidence as a result.

Sexually... fiery and passionate. Focused more on orgasm over the duration. Kicking open that door...up against the wall... clothes torn off... done in 3 minutes :). Emitting powerful pheromones. The need to experiment with different ways of expressing and experiencing sexual energy.

Typically, there is a progression through life that moves your internal vibration towards the polarity of Libra—through experience and reflection, understanding what past relationship dynamics mirror for you. The ability to make another feel seen and heard. Supporting their independence, needs, and desires while not losing your own. No longer that feeling of lost freedom when partnered. Sexually... syncing energy with another for a more sustained experience. Connection(s) that are perpetually expansive and nurturing. That fire always remains lite.

TAURUS

Venus is the ruler of Taurus, so it's right at home. Here... it's all about you! Discovering and building an airtight self-concept. I see the qualities of a triangle here. Symbolizing strength and stability... often used in construction. That said, one of the sides or joints may need to get replaced and adjusted now and again ;) Taurus is fixed/earth/yin. Stable, grounded, and receptive. There is a built-in filter that takes in only what resonates. Think of sitting in a classroom and having a large part of what the teacher says, not land. Whatever does land is another brick cemented into your foundation—continually narrowing your focus on what you value and feeds you energetically.

That same filter applies in relationships. You are attracting those that align or add value to self-concept. When relationships become close, the "fixity" of this placement can lead to conscious or unconscious possession and control. "I like you, and you're all mine!" If this occurs, this energetic restriction may manifest as tension/frustration within you and your partner and may come out in various ways. "I don't like when you take your jacket off and throw it on the couch!"…which is the topical expression of "I'm feeling energetically stagnant in this relationship." Another dynamic can be attracting another who becomes an extension of your reality. Your self-assured, grounded vibration is "attached to." You feel safe, secure, and seen by this person, but they lose their sense of self, and your expression becomes constricted.

There is a powerful sexual instinct here that is vital to feel grounded—sustained, intense exchanges. Intrinsically in tune with your physical body. Masturbation is likely needed regularly, even when partnered—attracting others who may have the same need. There can be progressive possession and control similar to the relationship dynamic. In a monogamous sexual relationship that becomes stagnant, unconscious withdrawal is reflected by your partner seemingly losing interest.

Embracing Scorpio energy is the evolution. Understanding the deeper meaning in your actions, motivations, and experiences. Releasing any fear, possession, or control. Being vulnerable, fully accessing/expressing emotions, developing objectivity and openness. Being able to pull back from your reality to gain perspective. Listening and understanding another's needs, wants, and desires.

GEMINI

If you look over at your coffee table, maybe you have a stack of books piled up that are all partially read? ;) An inner vibration of learning… but through many different experiences. Gemini is air/mutable/yang. Logic and intellect, changeable and initiating. There is a desire for diversity. You're in if something catches your eye that you aren't familiar with. Like the Pluto placement in the 3rd house, there is a constant restlessness and craving for more knowledge. A spiral of experience where you continually learn about yourself and the world. At specific points, these experiences and knowledge consolidate. It's like you put up an energetic wall (consciously or unconsciously) so that you have time to integrate and trim away anything you've taken in that doesn't resonate. "Clearing your field."

Sexually open. Whether they are acted upon or not, the mind will create and entertain all sorts of scenarios and possibilities. The mental process engaged in the sexual act… continually gaining knowledge.

The polarity energy is Sagittarius. Engaging intuition and connecting to bodily cues on when and when not to engage. Progressively funneling your energy and shifting from the search outside of yourself for knowledge to yourself. In complete alignment with the actions you take. Sexually, visceral experiences. Energetically connecting with another while releasing the mental engagement.

CANCER

Picture standing on a beach close to the shoreline, peering out over the ocean on a partially sunny day. The moon is visible over your right shoulder. There is a decent storm brewing off in the distance, and the winds are kicking up. Close to you, the water has a gentle ebb and flow and is peaceful. Patches of brightness, shade, light rain, whitecaps, and varying currents are between you and the horizon. Now picture a 360° view from the middle of that ocean. Your internal emotions… externalized.

Cancer is cardinal/water/yin. Initiating, sensitive, intuitive, and receptive. An inner vibration focused on emotional well-being. The desire to be safe, secure, and nurtured. The ability to feel the emotional state of another. I get a vision of you sitting next to someone who appears perfectly fine. You reach out your hand and place it over theirs, and they begin to cry. You know exactly what was brewing under the surface and how to help. With Venus here, this can symbolize emotionally traumatic events either in this or other lifetimes which have contributed to that ocean scene within. Maybe a traumatic event in childhood (i.e., an emotionally or physically distant parent). If this was experienced in another lifetime, you might still feel emotionally unfulfilled even in supportive, loving relationships. Maybe an underlying fear of being vulnerable or unable to verbalize emotional needs in a relationship. When your needs aren't being met, perhaps retreating internally or getting angry because your partner didn't use a coaster under their drink and left a ring on the table ;)

Sexually, there is a need for lots of foreplay ;) Kissing, touching, and establishing emotional resonance are required to engage in the experience fully. If this isn't the case, you may feel uncomfortable or tense.

The evolution here is embracing Capricorn energy. Understanding, processing, and integrating any experience of emotional turbulence and knowing that anything you experienced in this life (or another) is navigating you towards developing emotional security within. Back to the example of putting your hand on another who was hurting emotionally, doing that for yourself. Being a healing presence for those close to you and society. Sexually and in intimate relationships… attracting emotionally mature others where you can feel entirely safe, secure, open, and vulnerable.

LEO

At the core of your being is the energetic expression of our sun: warm, bright, life-giving, intense, essential, and the center of it all. When I began this placement, I instantly wanted examples of those with Mars in Leo. Dennis Rodman, Beyoncé Knowles, Cher & Frank Sinatra jumped out for me. You're probably familiar with at least a couple of those names ;) Leo is fixed/fire/yang... Determined, creative, and expressive. An inner vibration that needs complete freedom to radiate. If there are any limitations or restrictions, you'll feel energetically drained, and whatever is in the way probably won't be there for very long. You'll need environments/people to acknowledge and appreciate you. With this placement, you may have received feedback that you're "over the top" or too "self-centered." With this signature, understand that you may have had other lifetimes where you experienced the other side. Restrictions from family or society where you felt you had to push your self-expression to the side.

Sexually…no restrictions. An inner vibration that is assertive, creative, intense, and passionate. The need to be deeply pleasured on all levels will create an inner intensity that energetically feeds your partner.

The polarity energy to embrace is Aquarius. Aligning with your higher self and no longer needing validation from others. Your creativity is aimed at benefiting those close to you and society. Listening and appreciating the unique expression of others, setting an example, and holding space for others to shine their inner light.

VIRGO

An inner vibration of… "I want to purify." I get the vision of one of those Brita water filters here. A laser focus on imperfections and what you perceive is lacking within yourself and others—continually adjusting self-concept. Virgo is mutable/earth/yin. Adaptable, grounded, and receptive.

Many factors will contribute to how this purification is experienced. This need to purify can be from experiences in this or other lifetimes. Maybe that dream job or relationship suddenly fell apart. In reflection, realizing you slipped on those rose-colored glasses, or sudden drastic changes in circumstances occur. Perhaps your job pays well, which offers safety and security, but part of the deal is managing budgets. Something that, for you, is energetically draining. Partially in consent with your reality. This symbol can generate a feeling that things are happening to you rather than for you. If the latter is the case, part of your journey is shifting this perspective and understanding the deeper meaning in difficult circumstances or relationship dynamics.

Sexually…. It can be "not for me, thanks" or "I'm insatiable" There can be a draw to fantasy or visual stimulation. Maybe "50 Shades of Gray" is a favorite? ;)

The polarity energy to embrace is Pisces. Aligning with your higher self and allowing your intuition to be the guide that introduces more flow to your life. Understanding any difficulties experienced have been part of the filtering process. Compassion, self-care, and acceptance for yourself... all of you. Acceptance and compassion for the actions/journey of others. Discernment on who, when, and where to help. Processing, understanding, and removing any feelings of guilt or anger. Sexually…shifting any feelings of guilt for your desires. Even energy exchanges. Fully engaging in the experience.

LIBRA

As with Taurus, Venus is at home here in Libra. It's 2nd home. When Venus hangs out here, it's all about relationships, harmony, and balance. Libra is cardinal/air/yang. Initiating, intellect, communication, and energy moving outwards. You're walking into that party and picking up on what everyone is wearing, who is talking to who, what drinks they have in their hands, and mapping out a game plan in your head on who you're going to interact with—constantly learning about yourself through the expression of others. I like that hat, don't like those shoes, I agree with that thought, that's just crazy, I didn't realize it was that involved to get a building permit…etc. ;). By the time the night is through, you've probably had conversations with almost everyone. People enjoy your presence because you're a great listener and can easily understand and immerse yourself in their reality. Similar to Gemini, there will be periods filled with lots of social interaction followed by an energetic wall being constructed (either on your own accord or seemingly forced upon you) when you've reached information overload—embracing that Taurus side of Venus for grounding.

On the relationship front, balance is typically achieved through experiencing imbalance. With Venus here, your needs and desires may not have been met in childhood. Things like having authoritative or emotionally unavailable parents/caregivers. Maybe hearing things like… "If you don't come with me to run errands, you'll be grounded with no phone or tv" ;)—a situation where your needs/requests mostly fell on deaf ears.

In adulthood, you may experience your sense of self blurred by your partner's needs. Before the relationship, you enjoyed getting together with your girlfriends, heading to the mountains multiple times in the fall, and taking time to blog about your architecture design ideas. Since the relationship started, the girlfriends have been wondering where you've been, the mountain trips are through, and the old blog is just that…old ;) You would still like to do these things but don’t feel right taking this time for yourself and are knee-deep in helping your partner get his new business off the ground.

Sexually…. the need to experiment. Open. Gaining insights through the ideas and ways others express sexual energy. The innate ability to sync with another's reality and satisfy their needs.

Aries energy is super essential for your evolution. Developing the ability to consistently look in the mirror and ask, "What do you want?"... and starting from that place. Releasing any need for external validation or placing too much importance on the feedback of others and establishing healthy boundaries. Achieving inner balance, which gets responded to externally. Going back to that relationship example… being able to say to your partner, I need time with my friends, the mountains, and blog. Sexually, it’s the same deal. Being able to express your own needs rather than immersing yourself in the reality of another and fully stepping into your gift of bringing harmony and balance to those close to you/society.

SCORPIO

Time to buckle up the old seat belt ;)

When I wrote about Mars in Scorpio, I mentioned the image of a submarine heading to the depths of the ocean—wanting to see what's hanging out by the titanic… way down deep. Here, it's parking that sub on the ocean floor. Slipping on those waders, oxygen tank, gloves, grabbing your shovel, metal detector, and jumping out ;) Needing to know the why. Scorpio is fixed/water/yin. Determined, intuitive, sensitive, and receptive. Many factors contribute to how this placement is experienced individually, but it can mean you've signed up for some intensity in this lifetime to unearth anything hidden or unconscious within. It's like you have the command center for a space shuttle launch happening within 24x7. The soul desire… to become vulnerable and realize emotional security within. To be seen and supported.

Relationships are the vehicle you're using to evolve. So, there can be many dynamics here to experience and understand the deeper meaning of. With this placement, you may have experienced in this or other lifetimes non-transparency, manipulation, power dynamics, betrayal, loss, or abandonment… generating insecurity. Thus, the reason for that internal command center. Am I safe here? What do you want from me? What are your intentions? Prove it! I need to know everything about you. I don't want any more surprises.

Whether you know it or not, your inner vibration is intense, which means others will be attracted to you because they know you have the ability to see all of them on a soul level. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Other's will run for the hills because you can see their good, bad and ugly. Because of a soul need to feel safe and secure, you're a sponge and know lots of stuff, especially the psychological makeup of yourself and others.

Knowledge=Power=Safety.

A relationship dynamic here can be attracting others who know you can heal them emotionally or psychologically at a soul level. For you, it feels good to help heal another, and because you can see all of them, it generates a feeling of safety and security. To maintain this safety and security, you may (consciously or unconsciously) control the relationship so that your partner stays dependent. You may also keep parts of yourself isolated. Vulnerability may be something that hadn't turned out so well for you in the past. In this scenario, once the partner heals, their projected need is fulfilled, which causes an energetic shift. Any control or non-vulnerability will no longer be responded to in the same way, leading to the relationship dissolving. The parting of ways can be difficult, bringing up anger and familiar feelings of betrayal, loss, or abandonment. This relationship's intensity helping you discover emotional dynamics linked to fear that generate these types of experiences. The "healed" becomes the "healer." Although challenging, you have helped each other profoundly.

Deep psychological and emotional conversations/confrontations are typical. With this intensity, taking some time away will be part of the deal, whether that is on your own accord or as a result of a shift in circumstances. This time is required for reflection and integration. Coming out of this isolation when enough self-knowledge has been gained, and the timing is right for new experiences.

Sexually…there should be no surprise here. INTENSITY ;) This is the place where any fear of vulnerability has the opportunity to dissolve. Touch and eye contact create a transcendent experience when feeling fully secure in the connection—the ability to feel what another is feeling in the act. Here, there can be an exploration of many different ways of being sexual. Things that are considered outside the norm in society. That said, this signature suggests a desire to be committed and monogamous with another.

Because sexual energy is a big part of learning about yourself in this human experience, things like aggression, abuse, or feeding off the draw this energy has on others can be part of the deal. Also, others can feel sexually attracted to you but are unconsciously drawn for psychological/emotional healing.

So…. embracing the energy of Taurus is needed. Finishing up the ocean floor explorations and heading back to that submarine, settling down in the driver's seat, and being able to explore new territories from a much different perspective. Allowing that space shuttle launch crew to take a permanent vacation and understanding what all that exploration was uncovering within—releasing any fear, control, or abandonment—fully accessing your emotions. A vibrational shift that attracts situations/others who fully support and see you. No longer attracting intimate partners with projected needs for healing and control. Carrying a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience. Total intimacy with another on all levels… physical, emotional, and psychological. The ability to make a significant impact on society.

SAGITTARIUS

With Sagittarius, the two tarot cards associated with this sign pop right into my mind. The Knight of Wands and Temperance. The Knight of Wands speaks to living life in the moment. Something sparks excitement or interest, and you're grabbing your wand, jumping on that horse, and off you go! Sagittarius is mutable/fire/yang. Adaptable & initiating. Energy moving outwards. Underneath these new experiences, excitement and change are to understand the nature of your existence and how that plays into the whole. So…your inner vibration is saying, "Bring me experiences that help me perpetually learn and grow…. and it needs to be fun and exciting!" Eventually, this Knight of Wands energy moves towards Temperance. Developing your truth and understanding the reason for life which slows things down a bit. Instead of taking off and flying around everywhere, there is more discernment and permanence.

Inside, there is an energetic restlessness. Any situations that become stagnant or generate that hamster on a wheel feeling will start creating tension. The need for absolute freedom to continue moving and growing. Here, it's not so much about the details but the more abstract, creative, and big picture. Virgo would walk into the house and notice that the rug in the living room is off-center, there is a bulb burned out in the kitchen, and one of the stairs is a bit loose. On the other hand, you would be questioning if you even want to live in this house…this neighborhood…or even in this part of the world. Screw it. Let's sell, buy an RV, and travel for a while!

Telling it like it is, filtering conversations through your perspective, and embellishment can all be part of the journey here. This symbol is indicative of keen intuition. Being able to feel and know... but maybe not always able to explain it to others. Also, an ability to see and focus on the gifts in all life experiences… the good, bad and ugly. Perpetual optimism.

In intimate relationships, there is a need for continual growth, spontaneity, and excitement for there to be longevity. Traveling may be a significant component. Sometimes together…. sometimes separate.

Sexually… spontaneity, excitement, and passion. The Knight of Wands ;) Needing diversity. Other factors in the chart will provide more clarity, but this can lend to non-monogamy. Things like an open relationship or simply maintaining the freedom to pursue many different experiences. There needs to be a level of non-predictability.

Embracing Gemini energy (and that Temperance card) is the evolution. Recognizing and appreciating the truth that others hold for themselves. Developing the ability to listen to other perspectives and remain curious and open. Mutual exchanges. Attracting others who may help articulate things that you intuitively feel or know. Sexually, introducing discernment and relying on bodily cues/intuition to know when and when not to engage. Possibly partnering up with another who holds the same desire to continually evolve.

CAPRICORN

Let's start this one with the movie "The Truman Show." If you haven't seen it and have this placement, I think it may be good to check out. It may be a perfect analogy for your experience. The progressive discovery that the conditioned world view from childhood was staged and controlled. Surviving those rough seas and making your way to that doorway leads to understanding and a whole new world. Conveniently, lead actor Jim Carrey has this placement. Capricorn is cardinal/earth/yin. Initiating, grounded, and receptive. An inner vibration that is saying, "there is a wellspring of feelings and emotions underneath this cautious and controlled exterior that I'll need people and experiences to help me fully understand and access."

Did your parents/caregivers have a list of rules taped to your bedroom wall that you were expected to follow? Did you have chores and responsibilities that were always expected to be done, and if not, knew shit would hit the fan? Was it uncomfortable or unacceptable for you to express your needs/emotions? Did your parents/caregivers have a very robotic and controlled relationship? Did you feel guilty or judged often? If you answered yes to a few of these, your natal Venus placement is in full effect for this lifetime.

Warm, passionate, caring, committed, and supportive are good words to attach to this one. That said, the path for this lifetime is progressively learning to access it… all the time. Because of the imprinting from childhood, all these can be nicely tucked behind a very controlled, cautious exterior. Because of familiarity with the conditions of your upbringing, you may find that you attract intimate relationships that are emotionally distant and controlled. A partner that overtly or covertly expects you to behave and act in specific ways. A familiar mirror environment to your upbringing, which you may become deeply committed to (as you were to your parents/caregivers). That said, there is no space for those deep emotions and feelings to be expressed. Another possibility is taking the role your parents/caregivers presented to you. You're running a pretty tight ship in close relationships ;)

Sexually…the need to be touched and nurtured. Foreplay required ;) Lengthy and intense. Unlike signs like Scorpio, Libra, Sagittarius, or Aquarius… probably a limited desire to have multiple experiences. Preferring committed, sustained experiences. Another way this can play out is the complete suppression of sexual desire. Locking the old door.

If this resonates, embracing Cancer energy is the way to go. Reflection, processing, and transformation of any emotional imprinting from childhood. Removal of all conditioning and limiting beliefs. Creating distance from anyone or anything that does not support your authentic expression. Understanding and appreciation for the roles that have been played. Realizing your needs, emotions and feelings are real! Removing guilt and working through any fears of rejection. Finding a home within and feeling empowered. Tapping into your intuition and bodily cues. Reintroducing the real you into society creates much more ease to this life experience. Sexually... connecting with another where you are free to be fully vulnerable. Sinking into the experience physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

AQUARIUS

Your inner vibration says, "Bring me people and situations that help me individuate." I think of the saying, "there's always one oddball in every family" applying here. ;) The desire to blaze your trail. The way you signed up to discover your uniqueness was to drop into an environment or family that represents a lot of what you are not. Aquarius is fixed/air/yang. Steadfast, intellectual, and energy moving outwards.

There are a few different ways this can play out. Like the scenarios I wrote about in my Pluto in the 11th house article, it can go with you progressively going through life and feeling like a team of one. Relationships, groups, and interests come and go without much permanence. All the while building a greater understanding of who you are in the process. Setting an example for others who want to break free from their realities and limiting beliefs. A visionary for change that is ahead of its time.

Another expression is forming a bond with others who like coloring outside the lines just as much as you do. The ones that are not going to conform to the status quo. This expression may serve a similar purpose to the team of one or serve as more experience for you to continue individuating.

The next expression is similar to the first but has more of a traditional or old-school slant. Stuff like living off-grid, no technology, making butter, soup, clothes, and growing your own food.

In terms of relationships, you need freedom and change. Not that you can't be monogamous, you would need a partner with a similarly strong sense of self who values change and spontaneity. This symbol can mean you've experienced other lifetimes where you were driven by feelings and emotions, which caused you to lose your way. Because of that, you can detach and observe to understand the deeper meaning. You may be a great conversationalist, listener, and friend with this objectivity. There is potential for sudden strong attractions. You'll feel a strong pull to explore others who hold a unique quality or expression. Again, if in a monogamous relationship, total transparency and understanding will be needed.

Sexually diverse, abstinent, or continually changing. If you're part of the old-school camp, you're probably abstaining. If not, the need to explore different ways of being sexual. Similar to relationships, drawn to others who hold a uniqueness about them. Observational in the experience to learn more about others and yourself. The ability to unlock sexual repression in another.

Embracing Leo energy is part of your evolution. You are doing you! If there are any ways in which you are not expressing all of who you are (trying to fit into a group, society, or form of expression) …uncovering and shifting. Finding the best way to contribute your unique expression to society.

PISCES

"Bring me people and experiences which help me align with my higher self" It's as if your soul has experienced all the trappings of this reality in other lifetimes. Sometimes projecting ultimate meaning in people, groups, situations, or experiences that at some point, turn out to not be as magnificent or grand as you had anticipated or hoped for. A good probability there will be some more of those in this lifetime. Pisces is mutable/water/yin. Going with the flow, sensitive and receptive.

Neptune is the modern ruler of Pisces and symbolizes the overarching theme. Formless, all-encompassing, infinite, dreamy, and intuitive. Something you can't hold in your hand. There is a whole world taking place within that is filled with imagination, wonder, possibilities, scenarios, feeling, and emotions. It can feel like a real challenge to even grasp your own sense of self, although that is the intent with this placement. Trying to relate to others that you feel are symbolic of yourself. Maybe you became a fan of the show ER and were really drawn to George Clooney. Noticing how he dresses, picking up on mannerisms, and learning about things he likes or is involved with outside of his acting career. You end up with the same hairstyle, start growing a beard, buying similar clothes, and really feeling like you are an extension of him.

The feeling of guilt and fluctuations in terms of personal power can be part of the journey. Judging yourself for things you've done or actions you've taken which may make you feel like you deserve less than. "I was dishonest in a relationship so that means no one will ever want me".

Pisces is in love with being in love. Giving, supportive, sensitive, nurturing, and always looking at that glass half full. Your presence alone is healing, which means you may draw in others who have that need. Relationships can be the place where your sense of personal power can be highlighted. A potential here can be projecting too much meaning on a partner or coming into the relationship expecting this person to be perfect. Realizing at some point what you imagined is not reality. Receiving feedback that can help adjust the expectations of others and yourself. Similar to this, maybe you find that you slip into another's reality. On the surface, being absorbed into another's world provides a sense of security, belonging, and purpose. Underneath, showing you that you haven't established personal boundaries or are not completely aware of your own needs and desires. Once the relationship shifts, being able to reflect and process will give you the opportunity to understand yourself better. Establishing boundaries and understanding more of what you bring to the table in relationships.

Sexually… the desire to spiritually merge with another. Taking care of another's needs satisfies your giving nature. You may experience being self-conscious about your body image. This path to spiritual merging can be marked with many experiences that are either imagined or realized. All experiences help you to understand your own needs and desires while separating fantasy from reality.

Virgo energy is needed for evolution. Being able to self-analyze and adjust. Taking feedback from experiences and understanding what they are helping you see about yourself. Attracting others who can help you process. Discernment in terms of where and how you expend energy. Creating space just for you on a regular basis. Being able to clearly distinguish between reality and illusion. Embracing spiritual practices like meditation, yoga, time in nature, and aligning with your higher self.

All the best, Keith
